As a Master Trainer at QBS, you will empower and transform professionals by delivering Safety-Care training programs across the country, focusing on improving safety and behavioral outcomes for individuals with challenges.

In Short

• Lead multi-day, in-person Safety-Care training programs.
• Engage audiences using a hands-on, interactive Train-the-Trainer model.
• Travel extensively to customer locations across the U.S.
• Provide exceptional customer service related to training.

• Refine and develop training materials for program effectiveness.
• Maintain BCBA certification and stay updated on ABA advancements.
• Work remotely when not on-site for training.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience in training and behavior management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
