Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote

Overview

As a BCBA at this Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility you will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills.

In Short

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team ensuring continuity of care and clinical services.
• Provide ongoing assessment and observation of individuals served and create clinically appropriate Behavioral Intervention Plans.
• Ensure that all direct care staff are trained about individual behavior plans.
• Assess baseline data, set goals, and monitor progress for an average caseload of 10-13 children.
• Create and monitor implementation of Behavioral Intervention Plans.
• Provide ongoing support and training to RBTs.
• Provide crisis intervention to individuals served.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure completion of individual treatment plans.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of visits.
• Keep current with literature and research findings.

Requirements

• Masters’ degree in behavior analysis, education, or psychology.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Proficient in conducting patient assessments.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with special education laws.
• Strong understanding of medical and behavioral health terminology.
