Overview

The Clinical Specialist, Clinical Engineering plays an integral part in the company’s product clinical trials and commercial use, ensuring our physician partners are properly educated and trained in the use of our products and are supported during clinical use to achieve optimal outcomes for their patients.

• Provide clinical support of innovative, reliable, and safe products that meet clinical needs and regulatory standards.
• Ensure the Company’s products meet market functional requirements for ease-of-use and ease-of-learning.
• Involved in the deployment of company devices into clinical environments.
• Provide on-site and remote support during pre-clinical and clinical procedures.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to address technical issues.
• Use educational materials to assist healthcare providers in understanding our products.
• Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on product use.
• Support the integration of clinical insights into product development.
• Be part of root cause analysis teams for clinical performance issues.
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends in clinical engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical engineering or medical device development.
• Experience with Cardiac Ablation Procedures.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory processes.
• Deep knowledge of medical device design and engineering principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
• Ability to work as a team member and adapt to changing priorities.
• High level computer skills required.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
