Overview

The Developer API Evangelist will champion our trading API, serving as a technical liaison between external developers and internal teams to drive adoption and enhance the developer experience.

In Short

Provide first-line technical support for the trading API
Engage in developer forums and communities
Triage developer issues and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
Create and maintain technical content and documentation
Represent the company at developer events and webinars
Monitor and improve developer onboarding and integration experiences

Requirements

5+ years in technical support, developer advocacy, or API integration roles
Strong proficiency with RESTful APIs and JSON
Experience in Python or TypeScript
Familiarity with authentication mechanisms and error handling
Excellent communication skills
Developer-first mindset with a focus on usability
Ability to manage multiple threads of work
Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
