• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various positions.

• Work closely with Milestone One Talent Manager to tailor recruitment strategies.
• Schedule and conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Experience in clinical trials is a must.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
