In Short

• Travel to customer facilities for service assignments including installations and preventative maintenance.
• Provide customer support with troubleshooting via email, phone, or in-person visits.
• Complete service trip reports and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Work approximately 65% of the time traveling.
• Stay engaged with diverse tasks and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• High School diploma or related experience.
• Two years of experience in a related role (mechanics, welders, electricians).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for technology and a desire to learn.
