In Short

• Lead and manage a team of 5-10 engineers in machine learning projects.
• Design, develop, and fine-tune LLMs and other machine learning models.
• Architect and manage scalable ML solutions using AWS services.
• Oversee the entire ML lifecycle from research to production.
• Implement MLOps practices for streamlined model deployment.
• Conduct regular code reviews and uphold engineering standards.
• Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop engineers in a collaborative environment.
• Stay updated on advancements in LLMs and apply emerging technologies.
• Optimize models and data pipelines for performance and cost-efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience with LLMs and NLP frameworks.
• Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Services.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role in ML/AI.
• Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for mentoring engineers.

Benefits

• Base Salary: USD 7,000/month (B2B, gross).
• Annual Performance Bonus: 10% of base salary.
• Sign-On Bonus: USD 7,000 paid in two installments.
