Overview

The Data Practice Leader at Provectus will drive the growth and leadership of our Data practice, managing a team of data professionals and shaping the strategic direction of data initiatives across the company.

In Short

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 25–30 data engineers and analysts.
• Define the vision and strategic roadmap for the Data practice.
• Oversee the delivery of complex data engineering and AI/ML solutions.
• Partner with pre-sales and delivery teams for innovative data solutions.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
• Drive innovation within the Data practice.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Track and manage KPIs for team performance.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and client presentations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing large teams.
• Hands-on expertise in data architectures and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
• Strong understanding of data pipelines and AI/ML workflows.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in building and scaling data practices.
• Fluency in Russian is preferred.
