Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in internal audit or consulting.
• Understanding of audit methodologies and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional certification like CPA or CIA preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience in risk management and control programs.
• Supervisory experience and team leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in financial services regulations.
