Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to oversee the financial operations of multiple clients. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team of accountants while ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
• Experience with SAGE Intacct and QuickBooks Online.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
