ProSidian is seeking a Systems Engineer - Intermediate to provide IT effectiveness support focusing on video conferencing and phone support for government and public services sector clients.

Requirements

• Intermediate-level video and phone system troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with video conferencing and telecommunication systems in federal agencies.
• Telecommunication systems management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science.
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in managing video and voice systems in multi-location environments.
• Technical troubleshooting and server maintenance skills.
