Overview

The Group Meeting Facilitator will support the Hanford Advisory Board by coordinating meetings, agendas, and communications among diverse stakeholders to ensure effective facilitation and compliance with federal guidelines.

In Short

  • Facilitate meetings for the Hanford Advisory Board.
  • Coordinate with DOE and other agency representatives.
  • Develop and distribute meeting schedules and agendas.

  • Monitor administrative procedures and policies.

  • Provide logistical support for meetings and recordkeeping.

Requirements

  • Four years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience facilitating diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Knowledge of environmental law and related treaties preferred.
  • Certified Professional Facilitator preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with conflict resolution and consensus building.
