Group Meeting Facilitator / Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Group Meeting Facilitator / Coordinator will provide Meeting Facilitation and Coordination support to the Missouri River Recovery Program, focusing on Structured Decision-Making and collaboration with stakeholders.

In Short

• Provide Structured Decision-Making expertise to the MRRP.
• Support USACE in using Strategic Decision Making within collaborative processes.
• Lead SDM engagements to enhance understanding of complex issues.
• Utilize decision analysis tools for impact display.
• Facilitate trade-off discussions among stakeholders.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings/workshops.
• Research and develop content for annual AM Technical Team.
• Engage tribes and stakeholders in strategic decision-making processes.
• Summarize meeting discussions and decisions effectively.
• Travel to work sites as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Extensive facilitation experience.
• Ability to capture and summarize meeting discussions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• US Citizenship required.
