Overview

The Group Meeting Facilitator will support the Hanford Advisory Board by coordinating meetings, agendas, and communications among diverse stakeholders to ensure effective facilitation and compliance with federal guidelines.

Requirements

  • Five years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience with diverse stakeholder facilitation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of environmental law preferred.
  • Certified Professional Facilitator preferred.
  • Ability to identify conflicts of interest.
  • Eligibility for facility access authorization.
  • Background check required.
