Overview

ProSidian is seeking a Certified Data Analyst (CDA) to provide services and support in the Agriculture And Food Industry Sector, focusing on IT Effectiveness Solutions for clients such as the USDA.

In Short

• Provide data cleaning, transformation, and analysis of financial/agricultural data using Excel.
• Conduct advanced data analysis for USDA AMS reporting.
• Support professional services engagement for Agriculture And Food Sector Clients.
• Expertise in Excel automation and advanced data modeling.
• Prepare and modernize budget templates and financial reports.
• Collaborate with USDA’s Cotton & Tobacco divisions.
• Deliver training sessions for end-users on modernized Excel sheets.
• Manage large datasets and ensure proper data structure.
• Maintain version control and troubleshoot Excel files.
• Work on multiple spreadsheet modernization tasks across divisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, IT, Financial Analysis, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related fields.
• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification.
• Certified Data Analyst (CDA) certification.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA and complex formulas.
• Experience with financial and agricultural data reporting.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Familiarity with USDA reporting requirements is a plus.
