• ProSidian seeks a Benefits Compensation Program Review Consultant for a contract position.
• Support engagement for the US Dept. of Energy (DOE) Hanford.
• Review compensation programs to ensure they attract and retain competent employees.
• Evaluate compensation philosophy, job worth hierarchy, and performance linkages.
• Must have 10 years of relevant experience in human resources and compensation.
• Professional certifications preferred (SHRM, IFEBP, WorldatWork).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Work location is in proximity to the Hanford Eastern Washington area.

Requirements

• 10 years relevant experience in human resources and compensation.
• Professional certifications preferred (SHRM, IFEBP, WorldatWork).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Identification of conflicts of interest with Hanford Site contractors.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID or able to meet entry requirements.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
