Prominence Advisors is actively seeking an Epic Cogito Regulatory/Quality Analyst to join their team. Requirements

• Epic Certification in Cogito, Radar, and/or Reporting Workbench.
• Hands-on experience with Epic Systems and its reporting tools.
• Strong SQL and data management skills.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with quality reporting programs like MIPS and HEDIS.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Ability to translate clinical requirements into reporting solutions.
