In Short

• Central point of contact for clients from diverse industries – communication via email, phone, and video calls.
• Independent, practical consulting on all data protection legal issues – from processing contracts to purposes of processing.
• Support GDPR implementation using Proliance 360 data protection software – understandable, pragmatic, scalable.
• Taking responsibility in varied projects: data protection audits, TOM reviews, processing directories, DSFA, policy development, employee training.
• Regular knowledge exchange with experienced experts – transfer of best practices.
• Professional guidance and coaching of colleagues – quality assurance and knowledge building.

Requirements

• Completed degree with a legal focus (1st/2nd state exam, business law or comparable degree).
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in data protection – ideally in consulting, law firm, in-house, or as an external DPO.
• Experience in professional guidance/partial project management.
• Strong customer orientation, hands-on mentality, and structured, reliable working style.
• Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as fluent English skills.
