Working Student: Paid Media & AI - Remote

Overview

This position focuses on the intersection of performance marketing and artificial intelligence. You will learn how to set up classic performance campaigns while working smarter with AI-supported approaches.

In Short

• Support the creation and optimization of paid campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Analyze and monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, Conversions, Impression Share, etc.)
• Contribute to the development of AI-supported campaign strategies
• Test AI-based creatives and ad texts
• Assist in reporting and automations with Looker Studio and other tools

Requirements

• Studying in the field of economics, marketing, communication, or media
• Interest in data, AI, and digital advertising
• Some experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads is a plus
• Enjoy analysis and optimization – think in numbers and have an eye for detail
• Curiosity to try new developments in the field of Paid Media and AI
