In Short

  • Handle both inbound and outbound leads, ensuring they meet the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) before booking a meeting.
  • Conduct cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging to generate and nurture new leads.
  • Identify and build target lists based on buyer personas and industry-specific pain points.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline progress in HubSpot.
  • Book and qualify at least 5 high-quality meetings per week for the sales team.
  • Understand potential clients’ legal/medical practice needs to position solutions effectively.
  • Maintain a steady flow of opportunities through proactive engagement and structured follow-up processes.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or legal tech.
  • Prior experience selling to law firms and/or strong understanding of the US legal industry is highly desirable.
  • Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (CRM) is required.
  • Strong outreach and engagement skills via cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and email marketing.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and pipeline management skills.
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable with Gsuite and other prospecting tools.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals.
  • Strategic thinker who can research and identify high-value leads.
  • Persistent and resilient in handling objections and follow-ups.
