Junior Technical Writer (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for you as a Junior Technical Writer (m/f/d) for our Customer Care Team at our headquarters in Fulda or remote in Germany (with occasional onsite days) to cover parental leave.

In Short

• Conduct documentation creation for DataPlatform, hardware, and software.
• Research information from product management, developers, and FAEs.
• Independently coordinate upcoming tasks.
• Maintain the Proemion Documentation Library.
• Manage the Proemion Documentation Chat Bot.
• Write and publish Application Notes.

Requirements

• Completed training as a technical writer, skilled worker, or technician (electrical engineering or similar) with further training.
• Ideally experience in technical documentation of SaaS applications, software products, or embedded devices (ideally CAN and CANopen products).
• Good technical understanding.
• Clear and understandable expression.
• Careful, structured, and independent work.
• Proficient in version management systems like GitHub.
• Ideally experience in creating documentation with MkDocs or similar systems.
• Self-organization and willingness to learn.
• Fluent language skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
