Clinical Associate Representative - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Associate Representative will provide technical and clinical support for the AQUABEAM Robotic System and provide surgeon and staff training, in-service support, and clinical assistance for existing and potential customers.

• Provide technical and clinical support for the AQUABEAM Robotic System.
• Conduct surgeon and staff training.
• Offer in-service support and clinical assistance.
• Responsible for field service support including system installations and repairs.
• Make software upgrades as needed.
• Manage complex surgical procedures and robotically assisted operations.
• Work to create competency and comfort with PROCEPT technologies.
• Collaborate with various Procept teams on system modifications.
• Exercise independent judgment in planning and organizing work.
• Work well in a team environment.

Requirements

• Experience in technical and clinical support roles.
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple professionals in a surgical setting.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with robotic systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to train and support staff effectively.
• Problem-solving skills for field service tasks.
• Willingness to travel as required.
