Associate Test Lead - Remote

Overview

ProArch is seeking an Associate Test Lead with 5–8 years of experience to lead manual testing efforts, manage testing teams, and actively participate in requirement discussions with clients and stakeholders.

In Short

• Lead and manage manual testing efforts across web, mobile, and API applications.
• Participate in requirement calls and ensure proper requirement understanding.
• Create, review, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Assign, track, and manage testing tasks within the QA team.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to manual testers.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and development teams in Agile sprint planning.
• Suggest automation opportunities and collaborate with automation engineers.
• Conduct test demos and communicate status effectively with stakeholders.
• Participate in defect triage and ensure quality delivery.

Requirements

• B. Tech in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent degree.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in manual testing.
• Experience in requirement analysis and client communication.
• Strong knowledge of test management practices and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting in Java/Python/JavaScript.
• Ability to suggest automation areas and collaborate effectively.
• Experience in mentoring and managing junior testers.
• Strong communication skills for client calls and demos.
