Overview

The Funder is responsible for the funding and disbursement of all refinance and purchase closings, ensuring timely communication with all parties involved.

• Responsible for funding and disbursement of refinance and purchase closings.
• Communicate with all parties to ensure files are balanced and funded without delay.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, fax, or email professionally.
• Review funding and recording documents.
• Prepare checks, wires, and transfers as needed.
• Release funds once confirmation of recording is received.
• Close out files in Select.
• Handle post-closing funding issues as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in title funding or loan processing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
