In Short

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Customer Support team.

  • Stay up to date with AI trends in customer service.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor support team members.
  • Analyze customer support metrics and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer support leadership role.
  • Track record of process improvement and team development.
  • Experience with helpdesk platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Interest in customer experience innovation and AI tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Empathy-first leadership style.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI implementation.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with eCommerce or consumer products.
