Overview

The Payroll Workday Analyst role involves using analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to support and optimize Workday Payroll and related HR and Finance systems. The analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance.

In Short

  • Support and optimize Workday Payroll functionality.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT teams.
  • Configure and maintain payroll components in Workday.
  • Execute payroll processing activities and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for payroll issues.
  • Manage testing and release impacts for Workday updates.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Provide consulting support to stakeholders.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Deliver training and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Workday Payroll configuration.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting payroll operations in large organizations.
  • Familiarity with healthcare ERP/EHR integrations.
  • Preferred Workday Payroll certification.
  • Prior experience in healthcare organizations is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
