Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager plans, directs, coordinates, and delivers activities for designated clinical-study projects to ensure that project objectives of quality, scope, cost, and time are accomplished.

In Short

• Serve as primary point-of-contact and escalation point to the client.
• Coordinate and oversee all functional services including external vendors.
• Manage the study budget and ensure project remains within scope.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines.
• Maintain collaboration with clinical operations.
• Establish tracking metrics to monitor trial progress.
• Prepare project status updates for clients and management.
• Lead team meetings and set expectations for the project team.
• Mentor, train, and supervise staff.
• Support business development and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical research experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
