Overview

The Principal Clinical Scientist will manage the operational clinical science function for clinical trials, focusing on scientific insights into data collection and visualization.

• Lead the implementation of CSAI services on project teams.
• Support scientific data capture, review, and cleaning.
• Manage data cleaning processes and Medical Monitor reviews.
• Provide protocol reviews and scientific input for data management.
• Collaborate on cross-functional communication regarding data trends.
• Identify study risks and manage CSAI budget variances.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CSAI outputs.
• Provide training for CSAI Scientists and project teams.
• Participate in study-specific meetings and presentations.
• May support business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related discipline.
• 8 years of clinical research experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Oncology therapeutic experience required.
• Experience with electronic data capture systems.
• Proficiency in medical terminology.
• Knowledge of FDA and ICH/GCP regulations.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
