Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• 1+ years of design leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
• Experience designing features for software applications.
• Knowledge in front-end development and design systems.
• Experience conducting user research.
• Ability to justify design decisions with rationale.
• Experience working with client stakeholders.
