Overview

We are looking for a Lead Fullstack Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for leading backend architecture decisions, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating closely with the frontend and product teams to deliver robust, high-performance solutions.

In Short

Position: Lead Fullstack Engineer
Location: Fully Remote (EU timezone, CET ± 2 hours)
Languages: English (mandatory); French is a plus
Strong expertise in NestJS (mandatory)
Experience with Redis cache, queuing systems (RabbitMQ or equivalent), and TypeORM
Familiarity with Next.js and Tailwind CSS
Proficiency in SOAP and REST integration
5+ years of experience in backend development for SaaS products
Proven experience with API integration, caching, and queuing systems
Full professional English fluency

Requirements

French language skills (nice to have)
Experience building Chrome extensions (nice to have)
Background in MedTech SaaS (nice to have)
Knowledge of end-to-end encryption (nice to have)
Hands-on experience with SOAP + REST integration (nice to have)
Mobile development experience (especially with React Native) (nice to have)
