The Network Operations Center Manager will lead a team in managing 24/7 network operations, ensuring efficient telecommunications services while improving processes and resolving issues.

• Lead and supervise the Telecommunications NOC team.
• Ensure 24x7x365 coverage of network operations.
• Coordinate response during service outages.
• Serve as an escalation point for NOC issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in network operations and telecommunications.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and basic computer skills.
• 5+ years with Telephony switches and Networks.
• 3+ years experience with Router maintenance.
• Associates Degree or equivalent in Telecommunications.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with carriers and vendors.
• Solid understanding of IP networking.
