Overview

The E-ZPass Customer Service team is seeking a Data Analyst intern to enhance customer experiences and resolve issues related to E-ZPass accounts.

• Join the E-ZPass Customer Service team as a Data Analyst intern.
• Perform data analysis tasks using Excel and Oracle SQL.
• Create visuals in Power BI based on stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain and improve Power Automate workflows.
• Automate workflows using Power Automate or Python.
• Enhance the existing financial model.
• Develop new data collection processes.
• Internship duration is approximately 12 weeks.
• Work remotely up to one day per week.
• Compensation ranges from $18.07 to $30.31 per hour.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Major in relevant fields such as Business Administration or Data Science.
• Beginner to intermediate SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent Excel skills.
