We measure ourselves by reductions in preterm births, NICU admissions, c-sections and maternal mortality; we improve outcomes and reduce healthcare spend.

In Short

• Provide direct patient care and care navigation for perinatal mental health issues.
• Support emotional, mental and behavioral care for pregnant people.
• Available shifts: 12-6p, 4-9p, or 5-9p CT.
• Conduct one-on-one virtual care visits.
• Perform behavioral health screenings and interventions.
• Establish individualized care plans based on evidence-based standards.
• Collaborate with teams to meet patient and family needs.
• Document care interactions in a timely manner.
• Support group care as needed.
• Work with diverse populations and promote equity.

Requirements

• Independently licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC or LMHC for at least 5 years.
• Completed the NCMHCE and/or NCE.
• 120 hours of clinical supervision completed.
• 5-8 years of therapy experience in healthcare.
• Experience with perinatal mental health care.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Facile with email, spreadsheets, and EHRs.
• Understanding of birth inequity and structural racism.
• Experience with Medicaid and public health programs.
• Willingness to cross license in other states.
