Requirements

• 4 years of pediatric experience as an advanced practice provider.
• Passion for optimizing evidence-based care.
• Experience using data to drive patient outcomes.
• Track record of successful team leadership.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to new systems and tech platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
