Security and Compliance Analyst - Remote

Overview

Pomelo Care is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security and Compliance Analyst to support the development and execution of our information security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program.

In Short

• Support the implementation and maintenance of Pomelo Care’s information security and GRC program.
• Assist in performing security risk assessments and control evaluations.
• Track and coordinate remediation activities for identified risks.
• Support third-party risk management activities.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Help manage compliance with healthcare-specific regulations.
• Support the development of security compliance workflows.
• Develop metrics and dashboards for GRC program status.
• Document processes and workflows.
• Manage GRC or security-related projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in GRC, cybersecurity, or compliance.
• Experience coordinating or managing projects.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
