Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager for Toolmaking & Injection Molding for our renowned partner in Dortmund. Around 350 employees work at the location to develop innovative solutions for dispensing and dosing systems used worldwide in cosmetics, household, food, and pharmaceuticals.

In Short

• Creation of specifications for injection molding tools
• Coordination of inquiries, schedule, and cost control
• Participation in industrialization projects
• Planning and introduction of series tools
• Support in selecting innovative technologies
• Tool optimization for efficiency and cost reduction
• Management of tool relocations between sites and suppliers
• Capacity management and support in investment planning
• Collaboration with the supply chain for demand planning
• Engagement in project monitoring and provision of test materials

Requirements

• Completed training as a tool mechanic with further education as a technician or equivalent
• Experience in injection molding and toolmaking
• Structured, systematic, and results-oriented working style
• Initial experience in project management
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel worldwide for industrialization projects
• Openness to new tasks and flexibility with changing requirements
