Overview

The Associate Community Manager will assist the Community Managers with various administrative responsibilities and duties while providing extraordinary customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors.

• Assist Community Managers with administrative tasks.

• Create monthly newsletters and work orders.

Requirements

• 4 Year College Degree preferred but not required.
• 1-2 Years of experience in an administrative role.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to review budgets and financial statements.
