Payroll Manager / LGAV Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Engage closely with clients and partners.
• Prepare payroll runs including all related monthly and annual social security tasks.
• Act as a contact person for payroll and social security questions.
• Provide general support for clients along the HR lifecycle.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training and further education in HR (HR assistant or HR specialist), experience in payroll accounting.
• High affinity for gastronomy and hospitality.
• Experience with LGAV.
• High IT affinity, MS Office skills, and experience with at least one of the following HR software: Mirus, Bexio, and/or Abacus.
• Very good German language skills, good English skills, and additional languages are an advantage.
• Loyalty, responsibility, and humor.
