Finance Manager - Corporate & Accounting - Remote

Overview

We're hiring a Finance Manager - Corporate & Accounting to elevate our financial operations as we transition from R&D to commercialization. You'll own all accounting, compliance, and corporate governance for our Swiss entity, ensuring we have audit-ready books, timely regulatory filings, and the financial foundation to support our ambitious growth.

In Short

• Own accounting, compliance, and corporate governance for Swiss entity.
• Execute month-end processes and prepare financial statements.
• Oversee bookkeeping and ensure accurate cost allocation.
• Coordinate Swiss corporate tax filings with external advisors.
• Lead the annual financial audit and maintain audit-ready processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payments.
• Audit and reconcile payroll submissions across multiple countries.
• Work closely with external providers and finance team members.
• Support future SOC2 certification related to finance controls.
• Ensure strict adherence to applicable accounting standards.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in high-performance environments (Big 4 audit/tax or top-tier management consulting).
• Strong foundation in accounting and Swiss OR, GAAP/IFRS.
• Experience with full-cycle accounting and compliance.
• Proven track record of zero-defect work in high-stakes environments.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with modern accounting software (Xero or similar).
• Comfortable with automation tools (Dext, Revolut Business).
• Experience at a high-growth tech company or startup is a plus.
• Knowledge of startup-specific tax considerations is a plus.
