Overview

Planner 5D is seeking an EdTech Product / Program Manager to lead educational initiatives and align product development with the needs of schools and students, bridging the gap between innovative technology and educational requirements.

In Short

• Support educational initiatives by designing and implementing training courses.
• Establish and maintain relationships with K-12 schools and educators.
• Define and evolve Planner 5D’s educational product offerings.
• Ensure a strong online presence and develop valuable blog content.
• Conduct market and user research to stay informed on educational technology trends.
• Communicate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive product growth.
• Monitor and report on product KPIs for transparency and insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the EdTech domain in management or product management roles.
• Experience with product roadmaps and collaborating with technical teams.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Previous experience as an educator with familiarity in the U.S. education system.
• Deep understanding of school workflows and classroom technology needs.
• Experience in reporting and delivering actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for improving student learning experiences.
