Overview

Energy Solutions is seeking a full-time Product Manager to join our Business Strategy Team, focusing on product development and management for various practice areas related to energy efficiency and decarbonization.

In Short

• Lead product development for new offerings in energy efficiency and decarbonization.
• Manage existing products, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
• Conduct market research to identify product-market fit.
• Collaborate with various teams to drive product innovation.
• Support business development efforts for pilot programs.
• Create business requirements for product features.
• Prioritize product development needs and manage roadmaps.
• Conduct Voice of Customer efforts to inform product development.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Engage with implementation teams to launch and test new services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related, STEM, or environmental discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
• Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
• Direct project management experience.
• Intermediate skills in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong independent work ethic.
