Sr. Product Manager, Conversion Visibility - Remote

Overview

The Conversion Visibility team collects user’s offsite data and makes it usable by multiple downstream teams. This data is foundational to ad personalization and measuring ad effectiveness. You will lead the cross-functional team responsible for conversion Attribution. The Attribution team connects Pinners onsite activity like clicks and impressions with conversions happening on the advertiser website. Attributed conversions power multiple use-cases like ads reporting, measurement tools and ads delivery ML models. Your success will be driven by your ability to understand customer needs, work cross functionally to conceptualize, then evangelize, align and execute the roadmap.

In Short

• Work with engineers, user research, data scientists and the sales team to develop a deep customer understanding.
• Lead product vision, strategy, technical development and execution for conversion visibility.
• Build products that attribute conversions in a privacy-enhancing way.
• Develop clear product requirements and work with various teams to deliver customer impact.
• Communicate your strategy upward and outward internally.

Requirements

• Ads experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment among multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions.
• Great business judgment and ability to influence others.
• Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally.
• Academic and professional background in computer science, data science, machine learning, or related fields.
