Product Design Manager II, Home and User Feedback - Remote

Overview

Pinterest is looking for a Product Design Manager II to support our Personalization team, focused on Home and User Feedback. In this role, you’ll support a team of Product and Content Designers, collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to help build personally relevant experiences for our users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
• 6+ years of career experience in Product Design.
• 2+ years of experience building and growing multi-disciplinary design teams.
• High design craft with experience in UX, UI, and design systems.
• Strong ability to build narratives and tell stories through design.
• Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional partners.
• Strong ability to improve processes and workflows.
• Ability to balance ambiguity, iterative sprints, and high design quality.
