Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Communications Specialist, Internal Communications to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing key internal communication initiatives and will be at the heart of ensuring our employees have the information they need to help us achieve our mission, to help our Pinners create lives they love.

In Short

• Lead omni-channel communications and content creation for internal audiences.
• Track metrics to measure the success of internal communications.
• Support the migration of the company intranet to a new platform.
• Manage logistics for monthly company-wide all hands meetings.
• Coordinate content collection and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse perspectives.
• Regularly update the intranet with new content.
• Proficiency in content management systems is a plus.
• Experience with intranet migrations is advantageous.
• Comfortable engaging with senior leaders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in communications, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience implementing intranets as an internal communications channel.
• Proven track record in executing internal communication programs.
• Detail-oriented with a systematic approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A can-do attitude with accountability for deliverables.
• Comfortable speaking with and influencing senior leaders.
• Experience with content management tools is a plus.
