Overview

Pinterest is seeking an engineering manager to lead our internal Identity & Access Management team, providing solutions for internal access controls and tools for engineers.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in security or infrastructure.
• Industry experience in leading teams in identity & access management.
• A thought leader focusing on efficiency and delivering on expectations.
• Proven track record improving security in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
