In Short

• Outbound calling to people who started our eligibility quiz but didn't pay.
• Goal is to get them on the phone, answer questions, and convert them to subscribers.
• Handles inbound calls from prospective patients.
• Make outbound calls from assigned queue in Talkdesk.
• Leave scripted voicemails when no answer.
• Hit daily call volume targets.
• Follow scripts and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong English, neutral/American-friendly accent.
• 1+ year outbound sales or customer service experience.
• Comfortable with high call volume and rejection.
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace.
• Can work US hours (PT or ET shifts).
• Self-motivated, can work independently.
• Healthcare/telehealth experience.
• Talkdesk experience.
• Comfortable with commission-based pay.
