Conversion Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Conversion Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce the cost per conversion.

• Optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and Google & Meta Ads to boost lead generation and conversions.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate tests, analyze heatmaps, user recordings, and performance data to refine layouts, CTAs, and creatives.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement CRO-driven improvements that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Leverage Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, VWO, Looker Studio, and similar tools to monitor conversion rates, cost per conversion, and funnel efficiency.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights to continuously refine optimization strategies.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and paid ad specialists to execute and refine CRO strategies.
• Explore AI-driven tools for content and design improvements (preferred but not required).
• Ensure seamless, high-converting user journeys across all marketing touchpoints.
