• Manage high-volume service requests through the work order life cycle.
• Utilize phone, email, and CMMS systems for communication.
• Dispatch vendor partners for work orders.
• Source and negotiate with vendor partners.
• Maintain accurate data and documentation of service requests.
• Analyze customer inquiries and provide resolutions.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Provide leadership and support to team members.
• Assist with daily reporting and task prioritization.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management.
• Experience in Facilities Maintenance/Construction is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills necessary.
