The Facilities Maintenance Scheduler role at JLL focuses on coordinating maintenance schedules across multiple facilities, ensuring tasks are prioritized and assigned effectively, while maintaining strong client relationships.

In Short

• Coordinate comprehensive maintenance schedules for the Devens campus.
• Interface with clients and staff across various levels.
• Analyze maintenance data to drive decisions.
• Process work orders through CMMS systems.
• Schedule preventive maintenance activities with vendors.
• Maintain updated vendor contact lists.
• Generate and distribute work orders, tracking completion.
• Develop a monthly PM schedule and present performance data.
• Support GxP documentation audit requests.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance scheduling or related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documents.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in multi-trade environments preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech facilities is a plus.
• Strong communication style with high-level administrators.
• Detailed understanding of maintenance scheduling processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Access.
