Cyber Security Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Analyze and optimize configurations, parameters, and settings of security systems, including EDR and M365 solutions.
• Design new security systems and optimize existing ones.
• Ensure the security of products, especially in OT environments, internet connectivity, and cloud architecture.
• Oversee production security (including OT security and SAP systems).
• Manage network security and proxy settings.
• Translate strategic security goals into technical solutions and architecture projects.
• Support IT operations, acting as a deputy security analyst for incident analysis and investigations.
• Work closely with the security team, IT infrastructure team, and local IT teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on architecture design, engineering, and project management.
• Good knowledge of topics such as Microsoft 365, network security (NAC, segmentation), Zero Trust, EDR (especially Defender), identity and access management, cloud security (CASB).
• IT project management skills, IPMA certifications preferred.
• Documented ability to work in a team, delivering high performance in a diverse, matrix management environment.
• Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.
